Some of our members had a great time helping at Midcoast Youth Center's Set for Success!
Set for Success provides a new backpack and school supplies to every student in RSU 1, regardless of need. This year they served 647 kids, which is the most ever! This event ensures that all students begin the school year on a level playing field, ready for a successful year of learning.
Students are given backpacks and school supplies. There is a clothing closet, haircuts and manicures are also available, and what MYC calls the Information Highway to get to know about the community organizations that provide a variety of supports
