We had a great visit from our new District Governor for District 7780, Bob MacKenzie!
DG Bob is off to a great start as our new district governor for our Rotary District 7780. He spoke about his passion for Rotary and his work in law enforcement. He shared how his work and training got him very involved with the opioid crisis, and drug recovery programs. It is great to know that District 7780 has formed a Recovery Initiative and that this group will be hosting the 3rd Annual Recovery Conference entitled: CRITICAL PARTNERS: Mental Health and the Road to Recovery.
This will take place on Sept. 28 th (Saturday), 2024 at Noble High School in North Berwick. Tickets will be $25. After his presentation, we presented DG Bob with a donation from our club of $500 for the Initiative. We also presented Bob with a tide clock!
